Mission acquired the 135,000 s.f. project in March 2008. Through interior and exterior renovation including all major mechanical systems, upgraded common areas throughout the building, Mission re-positioned and sold the building in 2017.
Designed by Peter Jacobsen and Jim Hardy, Mission developed the 18-hole, 7,478-yard golf course on the banks of the South and middle Bosque Rivers in Waco, Texas. Opened in 2001, Mission worked in conjunction with Baylor University to develop the course, home to their men’s and women’s golf teams at the time.
Working with the veterinarian partners of GCVS, a world-renowned animal hospital, Mission acquired 1111 West Loop South in 1996. Mission managed the 54,000 s.f. building on the banks of the Buffalo Bayou for over 20 years until the building was damaged beyond repair during Hurricane Harvey in 2017.
In partnership with HCA, one of the nation’s leading providers of healthcare, Misison developed or renovated over 150,000 s.f. of medical office buildings in Sugar Land, Texas. Mission acquired 15400 Southwest Freeway for HCA in 1991, followed by the development of both Sugar Land Surgery Center in 1995 and Sugar Land Medical Building II at 15400 Southwest Freeway in 1999.
