Kimberly DeLaat

Director of Marketing & Administration

Kimberly Nelson DeLaat joined the Mission team in 2018 and serves as the Director of Administration. In her role she oversees cash management, investor relations, human resources, and marketing services for the company.

Prior to joining Mission, Kimberly spent 12 years with Tenaris managing employee communication activities for their US personnel. She also gained experience working for CDM, Enron and former Texas State Senator David Sibley.

Kimberly is a native Houstonian, graduating from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She loves spending time with her husband and two sons, golfing as a family, wine collecting and traveling. She is an active volunteer in her children’s school and activities.
