Jerry Daughety

Chief Engineer

Jerry Daughety serves as our Chief Engineer, overseeing a number of Mission’s properties in Houston, Texas supported by the Director of Engineering. Jerry joined Mission in 2022 and previously worked for Caldwell Companies, Parkway Properties, Trammell Crow, and Gerald D. Hines.  He has over 40 years of experience in the engineering field. He has his Maintenance Electricians License from the State of Texas and Universal Certification in Refrigerant Recovery.

 He enjoys hunting, fishing, supporting his grandchildren, Brady and Addison’s baseball & volleyball teams, and spending time with his family. Jerry has been married over 40 years to Gaylynn Daughety and together they have two children, Barbara and Shane.
