Ms. Garland joined Mission Companies with 25 years of experience in property management. Prior to joining Mission, Ms. Garland worked as Senior Property Manager for Global Fund Investments, Caldwell Companies, Hunington Properties, NewQuest Properties, and was responsible for the operations, budgeting and financial reporting, inspections, negotiating and management of service contracts and tenant relations / retention for her respective portfolios. She is a member of Houston BOMA and IREM and holds a Texas Salesperson Real Estate License.
