David Nelson

Director - Construction Management & Development

David Nelson is Director of Construction Management and Development, overseeing construction processes from design to occupancy. From 2011-2020, David owned, Mission CM Services, mainly supporting Mission’s project and joined the company full time in January 2021.

David begin his career with SpawMaxwell in 2002, where he gained valuable experience in the construction industry and managed over 1.2 million square feet of commercial and medical construction.

David graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. He is a proud Texan and Baylor Bear and enjoys coaching his kids’ sports activities and spending time with his family and their animals. David has served as an Elder at Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church, as a volunteer leader with Boy Scouts of America and as a volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.
