The Mission Companies, in a joint venture partnership with Belvoir Real Estate Group, acquired the Class-B multi-tenant office building in February 2019. The 85,050 square foot, 3-story building, commonly known as Broadfield at Park Ten, was developed on approximately 4.2 acres in the Park 10 Regional Business Center east of Highway 6 within the Energy Corridor business district.
Originally constructed in 1981, the property has undergone approximately $1,000,000 in capital and cosmetic improvements since 2014, and provides tenants convenient access to multiple Houston submarkets via Interstate 10, Beltway 8, and Grand Parkway.
